Return Policies

Manorglobe Ltd strives to sell the highest quality game storage options.

To that end, we offer a simple return policy whereby you can return any faulty merchandise for a refund or exchange. We also allow you to return unopened merchandise in the event you decide you do not want it.

Unwanted, Unopened Merchandise

The goods in question must be returned within seven days of your cancellation notice. They must also be received by Manorglobe Ltd in the same condition they were in when delivered. Your return should be unopened and sealed in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for re-sale.

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty, we shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the goods from you. These costs may be set off against the amount to be re-credited to you.

Manorglobe Ltd will only refund delivery costs if the return is the result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or it was sent to you through our error.

Your Returned Goods Should:

Be Preceded by an Email
Be Returned with a Copy of the Original Invoice
Be Packaged to a Satisfactory Standard, in a Safe Manner, with Our Return Address Clearly Shown
